Join us on Friday, June 16th, 6-9pm, for a romantic dinner with your choice of beef or chicken Teriyaki Kabobs with pineapple and veggies, rice, green salad, and a variety of summer desserts.

For your dancing or spectator fun, our special guest DJ, Keith Garrett, will play your favorite decade of music. Please provide your requests at the end of this registration form.
